- Girl students are identified and interviewed by programme coordinators with the help of College Principals, and NGO partners. In some cases word of mouth references by friends, volunteers, mentors & Katalysts are considered.
- All the relevant certificates, marks cards, photographs, address proofs, income proofs (like salary slips of parents /earning family members) are collected for short listing.
- Once shortlisted, 360 degree due diligence survey is carried out to confirm the actual need and monetary status of the family.
- Home visits is by an empanelled 3rd party professional agency. Reports are submitted to us along with reference checks.
- Confirmation to students of their selection as Katalysts.
- Signing of MoU by Katalysts.
